With its proximity to the international airport, railway station, and metro junction, Andheri East has become the favorite destination of corporate houses and Residential Buildings. Located along the Western Express Highway, here you can find a plethora of offices, stores, restaurants and pubs, as well as good apartments to buy or rent.

As the commercial capital of India, it comes as no surprise that most of the business and commercial offices in India find their home in Mumbai.   1. Connectivity: Andheri East enjoys connectivity to all major routes and railways. From the Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR), to the Andheri Kurla Link Road; the VersovaAndheri-Ghatkopar metro line, and the Western railway line at the Andheri Station – Andheri East brings in office-goers from far-flung parts of the city.
  2.  Cost Advantage: The region also boasts of a massive cost advantage over other traditional commercial hubs like Bandra Kurla Complex and Nariman Point, as the latter have been outpricing themselves over the years. The commercial capital values, as well as the lease rentals vary greatly as compared to the other hubs.
